Shipping policy

Dispatch Times

All orders are processed and dispatched on the next working day (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following working day.

Shipping Methods

  • Standard Shipping:
    All orders are shipped via Royal Mail Untracked as standard. Please note that this service does not include tracking, and delivery times may vary depending on your location.

  • Upgraded Shipping Options:
    Tracked and/or expedited shipping services are available at checkout for an additional fee. If you select a paid shipping upgrade, you will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Estimates

While we aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible, delivery times may vary. Please allow the following timeframes:

  • UK Orders: 3–7 working days after dispatch

  • International Orders: 7–14 working days after dispatch

Please note that these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery times. Delays may occur due to customs, postal service disruptions, or other external factors.

Lost or Delayed Orders

Since our standard shipping does not include tracking, we are unable to provide updates once your package has been dispatched. If you are concerned about delays or want added peace of mind, we recommend selecting a tracked shipping option at checkout.
